Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC, a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility(CORF), formerly Cactus Rehab, has been serving the Sun Cities(Sun City West, Sun City and Sun City Grand), Surprise and surrounding areas since 2000 and under the current ownership since January 2011. Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC was purchased by David and Andrea McWhorter in January 2011. Andrea's made a positive impact while working at Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC for over 3 years as the Clinical Director. It was our dream to open a clinic where patients could receive quality, individualized care. We believe it is in the best interest of the patient to be treated by physical therapists that own and operate the facility. Since opening in 2000 Vital Care Rehab, LLC has expanded it's impact without compromising our mission, which is:" to maximize your healing potential so that you may return to the purpose of your life".Our experienced therapists practice a hands-on approach through manual therapy techniques. The combined experience and diversified background of our staff enables us to provide our patients with a thorough, progressive rehabilitation program based on YOUR individual needs.
What Makes Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC So Different?
We believe that we have a higher standard of care than any other rehabilitation facility. We are a husband and wife owned and operated clinic. At Vital Care we focus on individualized care and treat our patients like family. We listen to your needs and concerns and closely monitor your treatment time with us. We do work closely with your physician but most importantly we work independent of him/her. While we are not owned or affiliated with any orthopedic or physicians office we do have a "Governing Body", which includes a Physician, Physical Therapist, Social Worker and Administrator which allows us to keep our setting small and intimate so you do not get lost in the crowd. Every patients plan of care is reviewed by our governing body thus giving our patients greater opportunity for success. What is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility(CORF)?
